Other Notes: Born in 1930, following education at a London Grammar School, Ronald Cameron studied at Camberwell School of Art where he gained the National Design Diploma for sculpture. Concentrating on fine art, in particular on classic nude figures mainly portraying the human form in the classic Greco-Roman style but yet in a way that is unmistakably modern. His works have comprised life-size figures in bronze and one-quarter size maquettes. Other pieces of his work have been exhibited and sold alongside works of Moore, Frink, Hepworth and Ayrton in the Alwin Gallery, while his piece 'Harmony' has been exhibited at Whitford Fine Art in Duke Street and the Cafmeyer Gallery in Belgium. He passed away in 2013
